International-Women-Day-2024-600×338

More than 90% of women under 25 report regular period pain and approximately 20% of women experience moderate to severe symptoms during menstruation, affecting their productivity and overall work performance.

Today, we’re thrilled to introduce our brand new Menstrual Leave Policy! 🌟

A Step Towards a Healthier and More Inclusive Workplace.

Starting March 4th, 2024, in honour of upcoming International Women’s Day, Hello Clever is proud to implement a menstrual leave policy for all female employees. We believe in supporting the well-being and empowerment of our team members, and this policy is a meaningful step towards fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace environment. Our menstrual leave policy ensures that all female employees have the flexibility and support they need to prioritise their health and well-being during their menstrual cycles.

At Hello Clever, we’re committed to breaking down barriers, challenging norms, and championing equality for all. By introducing this policy, we’re not only acknowledging the unique needs of women but also taking proactive steps to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.

We’re excited to be making this announcement for International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women and advocating for gender equality worldwide. It’s the perfect time to rearm our commitment to supporting women in the workplace and beyond.

To all the incredible women at Hello Clever and beyond: we see you, we value you, and we’ve got your back. Here’s to breaking barriers, smashing stereotypes, and making a positive impact together!

Hello Clever Menstrual Leave Policy.

Your cooperation and understanding in implementing this policy contribute to creating a more compassionate and supportive work environment.
